    Vyral Marketing is hiring a part-time, digital marketing apprentice. As an apprentice, you will participate in our Marketing and Communication Training Marketing Training is a six-month program with six courses and 100+ hours of self-directed video and reading lessons. New trainees can jump in anytime. You'll attend class 3x a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for one hour at 10 am CST over a Zoom video conference with an instructor. You'll learn everything you need to know to do marketing for businesses. You are paid for all of it. • MODULE 1: Facebook/YouTube/Banner Advertising 2-Step Marketing Funnel  • MODULE 2: nbsp;Pre/During/Post Live Webinar Optimization & Promotion • MODULE 3: How to Generate Leads from an Event or Conference • MODULE 4: Blog, Email, and Social Media Promotion for Story-Based Content • MODULE 5: Customer Video Interview & Promotion System • Module 6: How to Professionally Live Stream an EventWe help our clients make educational videos to stay in better touch with all their contacts. Our marketing software tells us who in our clients’ contact list engages with their videos. You’ll reach out to these warm contacts in our clients’ existing contact database — on their behalf as an executive assistant — with a helpful message our client approves. You’ll likely thank them for subscribing, invite them to a client event, ask for feedback on the client’s service, and/or ask if they know anyone who may want to hire our client. You’ll work part-time (20-25 hours a week) with predictable shifts. Your reach-outs will include a comfortable combination of phone calls and personal emails. No experience is necessary. We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and personable individual who enjoys talking to people. This is not a sales role. There is zero selling — experience in sales is NOT preferred. You’ll work in a comfortable office environment at a digital marketing agency and get your foot in the door for a marketing role. We look forward to meeting you!  COMMUNICATION TRAINING is 20 hours a week (4 hours a day M-F) where you're on the phones calling our client's customers as their executive assistant on their behalf to ask for feedback and referrals. This will build your confidence in talking to paying clients when a lot of money is on the line. You'll become a better listener and communicator as you build your confidence on the phone talking to people. Responsibilities: An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to customers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Use our CRM to ensure our team has up-to-date information to work efficiently • Engage with customers for appointments with our clients in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Making outbound calls and communicating via email to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Qualifications: Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies Great phone presence with a closer mentality Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Compensation: $9 - $12 hourly
