    We are looking to hire a real estate assistant to help us buy and sell homes. This is an entry-level position. You'll be out in the field with a company car (or full mileage reimbursement) and gas allowance, paid as a W2 employee at an hourly rate. The hours are flexible, 20-30 hours a week. We also provide two weeks of paid time off a year, paid maternity/paternity leave, sick leave and flex days. No experience necessary. We provide all the training along with a steady income and reimbursement for major expenses. You'll hang your license at a local brokerage. We pay for your MLS dues, association fees, marketing, mileage computer, and other costs that can total $28,000 a year. We are not a brokerage. We are the buyer. You represent us. We’ll also pay for your real estate license if you do not have one (we prefer experienced, licensed agents). There is zero prospecting required. We do all the marketing and advertising work for you so you can focus on the homeowner. We schedule appointments for you to meet with homeowners who want to sell their home. You’ll inspect their home, make them an offer using our model, and negotiate with them until the contract is signed. We handle all the paperwork from contract to close. You’ll market the home to sell should we decide to fix and then flip the home. We will train you how to inspect a home, write an offer, negotiate the contract, and get the contact signed. There is zero sales work required. All appointments are scheduled for you. It’s about 10-15 appointments a week. You’ll get paid for your drive time to and from appointments. You’ll are paid a flat, reliable hourly rate with optional overtime. All expenses paid by us. We look forward to meeting you! Responsibilities: Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction Facilitate website upkeep and manage social media presence to create a better following Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill-sets Communicate changes and issues from clients to the rest of the team so they are resolved efficiently Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job High school diploma required, some college experience preferred Willing to work some evenings and weekends Customer service or administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Communicate clearly both written and verbally Able to build lasting relationships with clients by providing understanding and effective service to their needs Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Deadline driven and extremely organized Compensation: 10.00 - 15.00 hourly
