Job Description

Vyron is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Assistant who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The current opening is located in our Waukesha branch location. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our Inside Sales Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Understand customer needs and requirements
•  Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service
•  Data entry into our ERP software
•  Help assist with order status reports and bid day quotes
•  Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software      Assist with assembly and mail detailed submittals and O&M manuals

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
