    Western Express is looking to hire an internal IT/Encompass Administrator for our team! We are seeking someone with the skills of IT as well as Encompass experience to help us meet the demands of our growing business. The IT/Encompass Administrator is responsible for configuration and customization of the company’s loan origination system as well as managing and monitoring our server and the setup of new hires. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the loan origination workflow and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow as well as can handle IT day to day issues. The IT/Encompass Administrator works closely with the executive team to evaluate the business process, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination system and servers. Responsibilities: • Provide technical direction and support in the development of processes and workflows in the use of Encompass360. Responsible for analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects and tasks. • Build, test and implement new system enhancements such as business rules, custom input forms, and workflows through advanced coding. • Manage Encompass360 enhancements through testing of new functionality, deployment to a production environment, and communication to end users. • Monitor Encompass360 version updates and address system configuration updates where needed. • Provide solutions for internal support issues by troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner and escalating to software vendor as needed. • Train business units on new features. • Maintain user access rights. • Administration tasks associated to vulnerability management and remediation including servers, desktops, network equipment, printers, etc. • Administration tasks associated to level 1 support of the Windows environment including servers and desktop systems. • Performs the operational tasks to support the daily process cycles. • Helps monitor and maintain equipment to ensure non-interruption of service. • Liaison with other departments and organizations. This would include issues involving proper system use, special requirements, and/or training needs. • Additional related duties may be assigned, as required. Qualifications: • 2 to 5 years of Mortgage industry experience. • Knowledge of Encompass functionality and ability to coach end-users on how to utilize it effectively. • Experience in configuration of all areas of Encompass settings including personas, user groups, eFolder, loan templates, reports, input form builder, and all types of business rules. • Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle. • Multi-tasking capabilities. • Demonstrates a professional and cooperative attitude. • Microsoft 365 experience. • Capacity to write and test business rules and custom field coding for Encompass360. • Microsoft Excel functions like formulas, pivot tables, and macros. • Additional related duties may be assigned, as required. • IT experience: 3+ years (Required). • Mortgage industry: 2 years (Preferred). • Encompass LOS: 2 years (Required). Compensation: $30,000+
