Responsibilities: Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner Improve skill sets through employee development programs Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis Provide concierge level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Compensation: $35,000
