SCOPE
The primary function of the Digital Marketing Manager is to create, execute, and manage initiatives across digital platforms (including company website and social media channels). This position will focus on developing a strategy, managing efforts for updating platforms, and spearheading ongoing maintenance. The Digital Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with relevant experience and a passion for promoting the company brand, driving platform engagement, and connecting with current and future stakeholders.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Presidents, or other assigned supervisors(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:
Website strategy, redesign and maintenance
Social media strategy and operations
General digital media and marketing
KEY ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS
Two or Four-year degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field and demonstrated experiences in relevant digital/marketing experience (online media, social networks, video channels)
Broad understanding of traditional marketing theory and application. It is desired (but not required) that the candidate have experience with digital marketing efforts in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
Demonstrated creativity and experience with social media and website development, maintenance, and administration
Proven track record with creative (content design) and analytical (strategy, planning, evaluation) components of marketing
Demonstrated experience working in both a highly collaborative team environment and in an independent setting. Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and collaborate with other employees that work in other offices and departments
Understands and effectively uses (or has ability to learn) company software programs and systems:
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and can adequately use PowerPoint
Proficiency in Outlook and has the ability to manage calendars, address books, tasks and email
Proficiency in Cosential or similar CRM software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
Proficiency using Hootsuite or similar social media management platform
Ability to navigate and manage files and folders in cloud based platforms, such as Box.com and Dropbox
Microsoft Teams, Webex and other collaboration softwares
Web analytics (such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar)
Other programs essential to executing responsibilities listed above
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Performance of the required duties might require physical ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction, when visiting a WEO job site. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear and stand throughout the workday.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in one of WEO’s regional offices and on occasion may be required to visit the construction work site where the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
