    Are you a motivated, independent, people oriented person who wants to be the boss of their paycheck and time? Do you want to make $75,000 a year, what about $125,000 a year? We have the opportunity for you to do so and the data to back that up!  We are a growing real estate company in DFW looking for someone to meet with sellers and negotiate with them to sell their house directly to us. This job is for someone who needs minimal supervision, feedback, and direction. You will be given top notch sales training and then be expected to launch yourself from there. Previous Sales experience is required. This job is for someone who likes to listen more than dominate conversations with their own stories. A successful person will be an excellent, active listener. You like talking to people and figuring out what makes them tick. We can't pay top dollar for houses, but we provide incredible value to sellers in distress. In order to figure out how to do that, you have to uncover their problem and how we can solve it. Our team is awesome and we only have room for the best! Compensation: 100% commission or base with commission for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Understanding the multiple exit strategies utilized by our company - this is a growth process and you will learn more as you get more sophisticated. • Manage leads within the company CRM: Logging all contact attempts, conversations had, and any other detail that is relevant to the property. This is critical for team continuity. • Analysis of each lead opportunity, including confirming the ARV of each appointment. • Building rapport with potential sellers and understanding the motivation of each seller. • Negotiating a purchase price that maximizes the earning potential of each lead. • Ongoing follow up while still a viable lead. • Ongoing assistance or support for properties under contract. • Meeting and exceeding sales quota. • Use our sales training process. • Record appointments for weekly review and coaching. Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts. • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken. • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary. • Passionate about selling. • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. • Independent and self-motivated. • Decisive and proactive. • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close negotiations over the phone. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line. • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus. • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented. • Highest level of integrity and respect for others. • Proven leadership and motivational skills. • You must LOVE personal growth.  Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 +
