    Real Estate Sales Opportunity!  We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses for cash). If you are a GREAT people person you can earn $70,000 with us, and if you are an EXCELLENT people person, you can earn $100,000 or more. You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed, but we do require a proven people person who is enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed with a motivation to succeed at a high level.  This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We provide marketing, solid leads, and set you up on appointments. You will go on the appointment and speak with the sellers. The better people person you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.  Responsibilities: • Manage leads in our company's database. • Meet with distressed sellers who want to sell their house fast for cash. • Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed. • Must be able to follow company's closing sequence. • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects. • Must be highly motivated to bring in outside business. • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff. • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. Qualifications: • You must have a reliable vehicle to drive in and around Dallas Fort Worth to meet with the homeowners looking to sell. • This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves. • A fast starter and able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.  • Can follow instructions and is detail orientated. • You enjoy meeting with people and "uncovering their story." You're able to hear a story and help people solve a problem. • Decisive and proactive. • Bilingual is a plus.  Salary base negotiable for first 3 months upon skill set Compensation: $75,000+ at plan
