We are seeking a MOTIVATED Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to bring our company to the next level! This positions is responsible for outbound lead generation. Outbound leads make up 70% of our business, so this person must be self driven and money motivated! This position will be the first point of contact for our sellers and will be responsible for diving into their motivation to confirm they are qualified for our outside sales team. As Junior Sales you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis with leads and lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Acquisitions Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met, while increasing our client base A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in our pipeline, thick skin required. • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) texting and cold calling. • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of leads and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents and accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to the acquisitions team. • Manage cultivation of inbound lead inquiries to convert leads to appointments. • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections. Qualifications: • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Prior cold calling experience • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • MUST be able to type fast • Bilingual and Real Estate experience preferred but NOT required • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Must be nurturing yet be able to manage time well without making clients feel rushed • A positive attitude is required Compensation: $60,000
