SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The individual must be capable of demonstrating good business judgment. The temp must also be capable of working independently, as well as in a cross-functional team environment.

ESSENTIAL RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviews and rewrites software process documentation
• Data entry into existing software applications
• Assists in the deployment of business continuity planning and emergency communication software tools
• Works with business teams to document/update business continuity strategies
• Assists with program communications

MINIMUM RESOURCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing AS/BS degree
• Ability to manage time, information and resources effectively in order to meet deadlines and respond to requests on a timely basis; multi task.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with others in written and verbal form.
• Commit to first time quality and accuracy in all work.
• Solve problems independently when appropriate
• Fluent in various Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
