ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION – Medical Records retrieval analyst. This role is responsible for retrieval metrics for various government and coding audits. This role also works with several departments to ensure record retrieval is at a high rate and has to coordinate retrieval efforts interdepartmentally and with clients. TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE – • communication • project management • Microsoft suite REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE – THE REST OF THE REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE.  INCLUDE:   • collaboration • Computer skills • Ability to multitask EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS – INCLUDE:  • One year experience in a related field, typically in at least two of the following areas is preferred: financial analysis, planning, health care economics, health care policy, statistical modeling, business decisions, analysis, or business management.  Experience in healthcare is preferred
