Walsaw Inc. is looking for Independent Representatives (1099 Position) to provide Property Inspection Services for residential real estate. We have an IMMEDIATE need for individuals to help cover the following areas.....STATEWIDE MISSISSIPPI

• Jackson MS
• Gulfport MS
• Meridian MS
• Greenville MS

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED WE PROVIDE TRAINING. THE PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO:

• determine occupancy, condition of the property, and recommend maintenance if necessary.
• report results and document the inspection through a smartphone app. The 3rd party software is free to download and does not require a data plan as up/downloads can be done via a Wi-Fi connection.

Most inspections are exterior only and take an average of 5 minutes. There are also more detailed reports required on interior inspections and special project orders may be assigned. Reports outline the type of structure, construction, and occupancy based on critical thinking, the condition of the property, and taking necessary photographic documentation. Leaving a door card on the front door is required on some inspection types. Deadlines and due dates are CRITICAL. Reporting data and sending photographs electronically through a smartphone app. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

• Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle that can travel 100 miles daily if necessary.
• Reliable personal computer, including printer and scanner. High-speed Internet connection.
• Smart Phone (iPhone ).
• Non-contact voltage tester.
• Ability to access and utilize mapping software, for route planning.
• Ability to use Internet and online email.
• Have intermediate (not basic) PC skills.
• Ability to download and upload documents and photo files.
• Use mapping software,
• Ability to plan routes and work independently to meet concrete deadlines and time frames.

You must have enough funds to cover your expenses until the first check which is 14 days. We pay by direct deposit (ACH) weekly for each quality inspection completed after the initial 14 days. Our inspectors are currently earning between $25-$40 per hour. Inspections pay per completed order at a rate of $5 - $15 each depending on the area. (Example if 40 orders are completed in one day, 5 orders per hour at a rate of $7 for a total of $280 per day divided by 8 hours is $35 per hour) MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
