Must have outstanding customer service skills with a sincere desire to make people happy. **Assisting Bakers & Decorators with restocking, prep & order assembly. **Making amazing coffee drinks. Experience required. **Prepping & packaging treats, such as cake pops, cookies, etc... **Kitchen maintenance, including dishwashing, cleaning, trash, sweep, mop, etc. **Answering phones, taking customer's orders and answering questions. **Any and all tasks necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient running shift. Requirements to apply: **Must have a minimum of one year experience delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service, as all positions require customer interaction, both in retail bakery, off-site and on phone. **Must have experience or training as a barista. **Flexible hours required and schedule will vary.
