We are looking for a HEAD LINE COOK to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef/Manager to create innovative menus, prepare delicious meals and lead the kitchen. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and a strong leader. There will be a short training period, depending on experience.
Hours & Pay
Full time hours. An optional full time 4 day work week is available!
Fun & fully staffed shifts, Flexible scheduling, includes one weekend day off if desired
Breaks included
Holidays off including: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter & Independence Day
Job Requirements:
4 year minimum Kitchen experience as fry cook, flat top or grill cook
Work station cleanliness and organization
Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
Assist Executive Chef/Manager with kitchen operations
Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentation
Provide training and leadership for kitchen staff
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory
Follow all food safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Extensive previous culinary experience
Certification from culinary school preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
