WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS GENERALIST

Location: Newark, Delaware | Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

Coburn-Myers Fastening Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lilly Fasteners, specializing in specialty fastener distribution with in-house customization capabilities. Our machine shop handles threading, cutting, chamfering, turning, and other precision modifications to meet our customers’ exact specifications. The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Generalist - someone who thrives in a hands-on role with variety. This isn’t a job where you do the same thing every day. You’ll rotate through multiple responsibilities across our warehouse operations, gaining exposure to every part of how we get product from our shelves to our customers’ doors. If you like staying busy, learning new skills, and being a go-to person your team can count on, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will vary, and that’s by design. Core responsibilities include:

• Pick customer orders by hand and using a reach truck/forklift

• Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment

• Receive incoming inventory, inspect for quality, and complete put-away into stock locations

• Deliver shipments to local customers using a company van or box truck

• Assist with machine shop assistant tasks (threading, cutting, chamfering, turning) after on-the-job training

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Support the team wherever needed - flexibility is key in a small operation, and if this makes you uncomfortable, then this role will not be a good fit for you

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license (required for local customer deliveries)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required - we’re willing to train the right person

• Ability to pass a drug screen, obtain a TWIC card, and pass a DOT physical
