    Job Description

    THE PRO ENROLL ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE/DATA ANALYST I role spans multiple areas of our organization.  These areas include RateLoad, BenefitLoad, BenefitLoad QA/Auditor and Application development. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

     Assure the quality of all carrier applications loaded into the PRO Apply system.   This includes working with the company’s IT and Data Analyst departments, carriers and appropriate internal departments to ensure the integrity of the data for Group applications on the PRO Apply system.  This job requires not only a working knowledge of Warner Pacific’s carrier partners, their applications, the proprietary quoting engine and certain carrier/vendor quoting systems, but also needs to have a general understanding of benefits in the insurance industry.

    This position also includes responsibility to address concerns, comments and suggestions and ensure alignment between key constituent groups. Position will take calls, run meetings, field questions, and ensure all concerns are addressed quickly. 

    OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES (DATA ANALYST)

    • Load into our proprietary system with application questions as they are released by current carriers, new carriers, new questions and wording updates.
    • Working with the company’s IT QA environment, proofread application updates for accuracy against carrier documentation.
    • Grant approval when applications are 100% percent accurate to IT to release to production
    • Work in concert with IT and Data Analysts to ensure smooth and timely releases of carrier application updates.
    • Maintain informational integrity of Warner Pacific reference documents for internal and external customer use. Documents include, but are not limited to, Employee Applications, Master Applications, and Supplemental Applications.
    • Serve as an online enrollment application subject matter expert resource for internal departments and employees.
    • Proofread application information prior to publication, as needed.
    • Work closely with the Benefit Load Team to examine the quality of work entered by the Operations Specialist within the Benefit Load Team.
    • Orient new-hires with regard to benefit display within Warner Pacific’s proprietary systems and website with emphasis on prompt reporting of potential discrepancies between carrier materials and Warner Pacific display.
    • Maintain the SBC library 
    • Maintain the application library

     

    OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES (ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE)

    • Triage any issues/questions related to the application with the carrier 
    • Communicate status of carrier application updates to internal and external customers, when applicable.
    • Notify supervisor and Warner Pacific Helpdesk immediately when application system malfunctions occur so that corrections can be made in a timely manner.
    • Make note of potential system and workflow enhancements and communicate to supervisor for consideration.
    • Assist with other duties (phones, supply fulfillment, shipping, forms posting and removal.
    • Assist IT/Ops with smoke tests prior to releasing new applications into production 
    • Assist with user (broker or WP employee) issues and training 
    • Provide communications regarding changes/enhancements to internal and external partners as needed 
    • Provide back up in other areas within the department/company as needed/requested.
    • Respond to e-mails and phone messages within 4 hours at a maximum.
    • Other activities as assigned.

     ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
    • Preferred one-year online enrollment system experience
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
