JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Processor which is responsible for the successful submission of warranty claims to include pre-approval, proof of purchase, extended warranty, and any documentation for successful claims.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required deadlines.
· Review repair orders, invoices, labor, and parts for compliance.
· Track claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims.
· Maintain accurate and organized claim records.
· Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors.
· Assist with documentation requests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office, or similar).
· Clear and professional communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Experience in processing warranty claims is preferred but not required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Prolonged Sitting: This role involves extensive periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours)
· Occasionally lift files or parts up to 25 lbs.
