    Our executive search firm has a Research/Recruiting part-time intern role available for a driven, results oriented individual to participate in our efforts to deliver the best diverse and inclusive talent to clients including Lockheed Martin, Progressive, General Motors, Nike and more. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior level recruiters to develop your research, human resources, business development/management, and marketing skills as well as explore “behind-the-curtains” of the hiring process which better prepares you for the workforce/job market.  

    Position Description

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree - in process or obtained
    • Research/Human Resources skills with a desire to be a value-add to the company
    • Detail and results orientated and organized with a strong ability to multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexible with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to take initiative and contribute to projects – bringing your own ideas to the table
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Data management including process documentation, status report updates  

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn and execute the fundamentals of sourcing and candidate selection
    • Perform research to assist in business development, candidate sourcing, marketing/branding efforts
    • Provide administrative support to the recruiting and research team
    • Utilize several talent acquisition sources to identify high performers and the required caliber of prospects for vetting and submission to client
    • Create a stellar candidate experience through analysis of candidate feedback and the development and execution of initiatives to address needs/gaps
    • Work directly with senior recruiters on select client engagements
