    Job Description

    Job Description: Worldwide Computer Consulting Corporation (WC3) is a technology solutions provider offering customized products and services to the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology, Energy, Logistics, City, State, and Federal Government industries.  WC3 is looking for an experienced technical recruiter responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, which includes the initial sourcing & screening of talent for relevant open job orders, establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with candidates and supporting the consulting division of Worldwide Computer Consulting Corporation.

     

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Build a pool of highly skilled technical candidates by utilizing the company database, internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources.
    • Source, Screen, and interview potential candidates.
    • Partner with the sales team to understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements.
    • Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates.

     

    Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Information Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship or equivalent experience.

     

    • Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
    • Must have 1 to 3+ years of transferable recruiting and staffing experience
    • Must have knowledge of IT recruiting and consulting best practices
    • Self-motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic
    • Have a high level of professionalism and integrity
    • A positive attitude with the ability to handle candidate objections
    • The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the telephone
    • Ability to problem solve and think creatively
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
    • The ability to build relationships with candidates
