(CANDIDATES WILLING TO TRAVEL TO THIS OFFICE ONLY APPLY) Company is looking for a young & dynamic person with very good verbal and written communication skills in English for the position of collection specialist. Job involves following tasks; - Emails/ Calls to the worldwide customers for the debt collection - Timely follow ups with the customers for the payment collections - Monitor emails constantly and reply within stipulated time - Enter information into the system in timely manner - Timely reporting to the supervisor on the collection progress - Communication with local & overseas team members will be needed - Being persistent and constant follow-up with the customers for the balance payments. Person must have the following skills; - Very good knowledge of Emails, Microsoft office tools - Word, Excel - Experience & knowledge with Freight forwarding or logistics industry will be a HUGE PLUS. - Swift communication and persistent and ensure focused on the objective.
