The Office Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and provides direct administrative support for the Lead Pastor and Director of Operations, as well as admin support in specific areas of other ministries. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative functions associated with the front office of the church. The Office Coordinator trains, nurtures, and coordinates a team of office volunteers to ensure all visitors and guests have a warm and welcoming experience, and to ensure that administrative operations run efficiently.
This is a Monday-Friday, 30-32 hour/week position with medical/dental, 401k, and paid-time-off benefits. We practice COVID-19 safety protocols as prescribed by health officials, and we require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
