WDS Logistics – Grand Prairie, TX

WDS Logistics is a family-owned business specializing in logistical and transportation services since 1966. We specialize in the delivery, installation, and storage of copiers, office and medical equipment, event setup, and other high-value products. With around 100 employees working from our locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, we don’t just deliver goods, we deliver our customers’ good name.

Prerequisites:

· Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results or projects as needed.

· Must have clean, neat appearance, dress properly, adhering to company policies, delivering excellent customer service, reporting, and resolving problems.

· Ensure timely project completion and a high level of customer satisfaction.

· 80% administrative assistant tasks (ie: data entry, email communication, creating orders, scheduling) and 20% warehousing tasks (ie: inventory, SKU verification, data collection, order processing).

· Microsoft Office experience required.

· Warehouse management systems experience in data entry preferred.

· Assisting in creating/closing orders and inventory control.

· Must have high school diploma/GED, clean driving/legal records. Experience preferred, but not required.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written skills; scheduling and email communication is important.

· Friendly and professional phone etiquette.

· Ability to train quickly, take notes, and retain information.

· Must be able to work without direct supervision and without getting distracted by people and/or background noise in the office.

· Well organized.

· Clear background check.

· Clear drug test results.

· Full-time position.
