A FEW NOTES ABOUT WORKING @ WECO:

PURPOSE-DRIVEN WORK. Ever heard the term “doing good by doing well”? With every dinner we deliver, we support small farmers and purveyors, reward environmentally-friendly, low-impact, and regenerative agricultural practices, help food service workers build meaningful careers, and contribute significantly to each local community we are in.

NO CORPORATE B.S. This is a flat, get-it-done environment without pointless meetings, politics, or red tape. We believe in autonomy and teams are empowered to make decisions and execute without being unnecessarily hindered.

IT'S FUN. The daily creative collaboration between members of our culinary, operations, marketing, creative, and other functions–plus our dynamic product (food) and work environment make this a very fun place to work.
