WECO Hospitality is looking for qualified, responsible pick up hosts to join our customer service team. We operate Monday through Friday with the need for an occasional weekend shift. Applicants must be punctual and can adapt to an ever-changing work environment.

What is this position?

As a Pick-Up Host, you will work as part of an energetic, dedicated team whose goal is to truly interact with WECO's customers, make and keep them joyful. You'll have the opportunity to connect with our awesome customers every day, and often, make their day with WECO's dedication to delighting our customers and approaching their inquiries with a win-win mentality.

Primarily you'll maintain and manage our pick-up customers' orders at our pick-up locations. You'll work closely with our Packing/Operations and Logistics Managers to provide ideas and feedback, partnering to create an out-of-this-world customer experience when they arrive to pick up their nightly meals.

What you'll do:

• Help with ensuring the perfectly packed customer order is achieved each time
• Be punctual and ensure our pickup operations are executed flawlessly each day
• Responsible for setting up the pickup location with all equipment, signage, and other marketing materials as instructed
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and always with WECO warmth during pick-up hours of operation.
• Listen to customers' feedback and relay information as needed to improve operations functions.
• Go above and beyond to connect with customers in ways they'll remember forever

• Are proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google programs
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
