    CONTENT PRODUCER

Welcome to WECO! We cook fresh, chef-crafted dinners using ethically-sourced ingredients and hand-deliver them daily.

By totally reimagining the dining-at-home experience our unique model combines the excitement and FOMO of a supper club, the convenience of prepared meal delivery and the good vibes of an honor system-based payment model. Our obsession with ethical sourcing and mission-driven consumer experience-fuels all we do. We are a good neighbor to our customers, employees, purveyors, and the Earth and are building an insanely valuable company that makes a massive impact for good on those around us.

That's why we enjoy a tribal level of customer engagement and love and an unprecedented level of growth throughout New England.

We're backed by top tier VCs and are poised for massive continued growth in 2023.

    WHAT IS THIS POSITION?

WECO is seeking a Content Producer to develop, write, create, and produce high-profile externally-facing content that tells the WECO story to a large and engaged audience. This is a key role at an important moment in WECO's growth.

A FEW NOTES ABOUT WORKING @ WECO:

Purpose-driven work. Ever heard the term “doing good by doing well”? It's a cliché but in our case, 100% true. With every dinner we deliver, we support small farmers and purveyors, reward environmentally-friendly, low-impact, and regenerative agricultural practices, help food service workers build meaningful careers, and contribute significantly to each local community we are in.

No corporate b.s. This is a flat, get-it-done environment without pointless meetings, politics, or red tape. We believe in autonomy and teams are empowered to make decisions and execute without being unnecessarily hindered. It's fun. The daily creative collaboration between members of our culinary, operations, marketing, creative, and other functions–plus our dynamic product (food) and work environment make this a very fun place to work.
