Job Responsibilities

Provide compassionate in-home personal care

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility

Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and warmth

Requirements

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia

Current TB/PPD, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation to clients across Fairfax and Prince William County

Strong communication skills

A positive attitude and passion for helping others
