    Job Description

     

     

    POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure that business goals, deadlines and performance of supervised employees are met. Report business KPI and employess performance to HR and management. Support Sales Team on negotiation of new business development and enhancing profitable sales growth for the company. Lead and train the sales team and onboard new hires to ensure satisfactory performance. Expand the web of influence and foster trustful relationships with key people within WEG Business Units to deliver excellent customer experience.  

     

    EDUCATION:

     

    -       BS in Engineering or equivalent degree is required

     

    -       MBA or Master's in engineering preferred

      

     

    SKILLS (PREFERRED):

    • Sense      of urgency/ time management

     

    KNOWLEDGE / TRAINING (PREFERRED):

     

    •  Leadership
    •  Advance technical knowledge on Product related (electric motor)
    •  Advanced knowledge of KPI Tools (Excel, Power BI or Tableau)

     

    EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):

     

    •  Previous Suppervisory duties (of a team or project)
    •  +3 years of experience of sales support
    •  Technical knowledge of products related

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • TEAM      MANAGEMENT – lead the NBD group      to accomplish a project or task with maximum efficiency.
    • SUPPORT SALES ON DEVELOPMENT OF NEW      BUSINESS – Provide management with proposal for new business with P&L analysis.
    • CUSTOMER SERVICE - Deliver      proactive customer service working closely with Internal Sales and      Customer Service team delivering excellent customer experience.
    • REPORTING - Provide timely      updates to management on progress toward department goals.
    • TECHNICAL SALES - Engineering and      Marketing - Visit customer sites to review technical challenges and new      applications for all WEG products. Identify new opportunities, technology      requirements and other customer needs to bring WEG internal experts to      validate and implement new business.

    TRAINING – Deliver training on product and sales tools

     

    • TRAVEL: Monthly        travels to customers and, possibly, WEG’s plants.
