At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
Have an entrepreneurial mindset to run your own business and grow your own team of agents.
An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
Experience self sourcing customers/sales
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
