    PAY DETAILS:

    • 100% COMMISSION PAID POSITION. NOT SALARY NOT HOURLY.
    • Uncapped Monthly Sales Incentive with average monthly range of $1500-$10,400
    • Total Average Commission Earnings: 60k-$150k

    • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service

    • Have an entrepreneurial mindset to run your own business and grow your own team of agents.

    • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers

    • Experience self sourcing customers/sales

    • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers

    • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft office
