Job Description

WFG/Transamerica is seeking a Life Health Insurance Agent. The position is remote and has great Work Life Balance. We also offer Full Training and Licensing! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies & financial products to new clients.

PAY DETAILS:

• 100% COMMISSION PAID POSITION. NOT SALARY NOT HOURLY.
• UNCAPPED MONTHLY SALES INCENTIVE WITH AVERAGE MONTHLY RANGE OF $1500-$20,000
• TOTAL AVERAGE COMMISSION EARNINGS: 60K-$150K ANNUALLY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Source new business/clients
• Recruit New Agents
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No previous experience in insurance is required. We Fully Train You.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
