4. Leadership Development: * Identify and nurture leadership potential within your team. * Encourage and guide associates in their career progression. * Build a dynamic and motivated team that strives for excellence.
5. Networking and Relationship Building: * Develop and maintain strong relationships within the community. * Attend networking events and actively participate in community outreach.
6. Compliance and Licensing: * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. * Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in financial services, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications.
