Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid Time off • 401K • Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance • Other benefits to be discussed during interview Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Onsite Professional Office Setting Compensation: • $90,000- $130,000+ yearly DOE with commission structure Responsibilities: • Overseeing the collection of necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information for the claim • Negotiating settlement offers and working with a team to prepare demand letters • Drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions • Litigating cases in District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland • Providing guidance and communication to clients effectively • Managing medical reviews • Understanding Maryland Personal Injury law thoroughly • Handling a significant caseload and demonstrating effective leadership • Creating litigation plans, and leading discovery operations Qualifications: • Must have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney • Should possess a minimum of 3 years of trial experience • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong advantage • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal team effectively • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients in their time of need • Strong determination to achieve optimal results for clients and succeed in cases • Comfortable working in a professional office environment • Available to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000+ yearly
