    WGK Personal Injury Lawyers in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Auto-Accident Legal Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are a reputable law firm known for our commitment to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in handling auto accident cases. Your responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for clients, assisting with case intake, managing auto accident and other personal injury cases, client communication, and ensuring all documentation, records, and bills are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Prior experience as a legal assistant is required. The hours for this position are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday in-person. Salary range: $22 - $26 per hour. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary information for auto accident cases. • Gathering, maintaining, and organizing case files, and ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather information, records, and bills. • Provide case updates to clients and attorneys. • Utilize legal software and Microsoft Office skills to draft correspondence and manage case calendars efficiently. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in legal case management, preferably in auto-accident cases. • Proficiency in legal software applications. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Willingness to learn and take direction. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Independent problem solver. • Bilingual is a plus. Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
