    WGK Personal Injury Lawyers in Baltimore, MD is in search of an Auto-Accident Legal Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are a well-respected law firm recognized for our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to clients. As a vital member of our team, you will have a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys in managing auto accident cases. Your duties will involve acting as the primary point of contact for clients, aiding in case intake, overseeing auto accident and other personal injury cases, maintaining client communication, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all documentation, records, and bills. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to assist others, impeccable attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities. Previous experience as a legal assistant is a prerequisite for this role. Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on-site. Salary range offered is between $48,000 - $60,000 per year DOE. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary information for auto accident cases • Reporting Accident to insurance companies • Gathering, maintaining, and organizing case files, and ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather information, records, and bills • Provide case updates to clients and attorneys • Utilize legal software and Microsoft Office skills to draft correspondence and manage case calendars efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management, preferably in auto-accident cases • Proficiency in legal software applications • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Willingness to learn and take direction • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Independent problem solver • Bilingual is a plus Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 yearly
