About the Position
This is a full-time clinical role within a mission-driven, community-based healthcare organization that provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary and women’s health services to a diverse population in Marin County.
Clinic Schedule:
Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1st & 3rd Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2nd, 4th & 5th Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on primary care clinical experience (clinical rotations/clerkships do not count), or
Completion of a residency-style hands-on training program of 12 months or longer
Bilingual English/Spanish required

Clinical Competencies & Responsibilities
The provider will deliver comprehensive women’s health and primary care services with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
Required Proficiencies Include:
Taking a comprehensive sexual history
Contraceptive counseling with consideration of underlying medical conditions
Family history assessment relevant to women’s health
Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Management of:
Vaginitis and urinary tract infections
Sexually transmitted infections
Abnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, and uterine fibroids
Pregnancy of unknown location, including ruling out ectopic pregnancy
Urinary conditions (incontinence, overactive bladder, painful bladder syndrome)
Chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis
Adnexal masses, including ruling out ovarian torsion
Dyspareunia and sexual dysfunction
Menopause, vasomotor symptoms, and hormone therapy
Infertility and pre-conception counseling
Breast-related concerns
Pelvic organ prolapse
Procedural Skills:
Colposcopy and cervical biopsy, including endocervical curettage
Basic suturing
Basic post-operative care (suture/staple removal, wound dressing changes)
Insertion and removal of indwelling catheters
Wound care for cesarean section incisions and vulvar wounds
Pelvic ultrasound (transabdominal and transvaginal), including diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy and IUD localization

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $135,000 – $160,000 per year
