Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Manage the Chairman office including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling emails, and other office duties as assigned.
· Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for Chairman
· Organize and coordinate company activities and events.
· Coordinate internal meetings including booking restaurants and handling document and equipment needs.
· Complete a broad range of administrative tasks, including assisting with special projects, ad hoc research and external meetings
· Build strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Other office functions as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors Degree
· Two or more years of experience in office administration and/or assistant to executive
· Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Highly organized, professional, resourceful, sharp and proactive
· Detail oriented and able to multi-task
