RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly

Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options

Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates

Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals

Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products

REQUIREMENTS Strong leadership and communications skills are a must

At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired

Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people

Must successfully complete a background check
