Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such as cutting, drilling, and nailing
• Assist with the assembly and installation of construction components such as scaffolding, framework, and concrete forms
• Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
