Winter Services, one of the largest snow removal companies in Southeastern WI, is looking for people to help us continue to set industry standards as the next snow season approaches. If you are a reliable, trustworthy, team player - we need you for our seasonal position as an Area Manager.

• Area Managers must be available to be on call and able to work anytime it snows.

• Previous management, along with landscaping/construction and snow removal experience is preferred.

• Applicants are expected to be a strong leader with the determination and organization to run a district that consists of walk crews, truck drivers, and equipment operators.

• Managers will take the implementation of policies and procedures out into the field to supervise and retain quality work to maintain our outstanding customer service.

• Managers will ensure that all paperwork is completed and turned in in an efficient and timely matter

• Managers must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance (required).

• Only candidates with a clean driving record and drug free background will be considered.

• Basic knowledge of skid/plow/truck operations

Our season runs from October 1st until April 15th
