Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tower Tech 2 for our AT&T Network Maintenance Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upgrades of AT&T communication towers, ensuring the integrity and operational efficiency of the network.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of AT&T communication towers. Safely climb and work on communication towers to diagnose and rectify faults. Install, maintain, and repair antennas, transmission lines, and other equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Document all work performed and generate maintenance and inspection reports. Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in the tower maintenance industry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Tower Technician, ideally with AT&T equipment or similar. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong understanding of RF equipment, transmission lines, antennas, and related technology. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to tower climbing and maintenance. Ability to work in a team or independently as required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to multiple site locations. Completion of relevant industry certifications is a plus.
