We’re looking for someone with inside and outside sales experience, can command a room and a proven record of achieving growth goals both as an individual and with a team. You’re driven, energetic, can keep up with industry changes, and are comfortable with a fast-growing workplace and industry. You’re relentlessly positive and organized, and pitch in to help your colleagues when they need it. Hopefully you’ve had some experience – insurance agency ownership experience isn’t required, but maybe you’ve worked for a mortgage brokerage or spent some time in the financial or real estate sectors.

Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will build your own book of business within American National Insurance Company from the ground up!. Your role is to be a visionary and innovative strategic leader with a proven record of success in driving self accountability throughout your agency. You will be responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of the agency goals and plans. You must be passionate about your growth, our mission and vision, serving our communities and are committed to cultural competency. The Insurance Agency Owner is responsible for:
Being a Leader, and growing your Agency.
Provide strategic leadership helping the agency realize its vision, mission, values, and objectives along with advancement goals and strategies.
Provide leadership, management, and accountability for the Agency to ensure goals are met.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customers relationship service.
Service clients: policy changes, additions, identify new needs, claims, billing.
Develop and maintain strong engagement with clients, agents, and the public.
Perform other duties as required.
