UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team our global team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will need have a particular set of skills, a solid understanding of UX and design principles and a strategic mind to apply them in creating clean, simple, intuitive, and branded experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will take a user centered design approach to identify user needs, research, and build solutions. In other words, you are a skilled designer, you love the work, and you enjoy doing it with others. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for creating beautiful design and conceptually smart experiences that make sense to business users in industrial automation field
• Is familiar with CX principles, personas, journey mapping, empathy mapping and other UX Processes
• Is a clear communicator while working with teams
• Enjoys working with multi-disciplinary teams to visually bring concepts to life
• Creates clean, creative digital visuals that are consistent
• Articulates User Experience (UX) concepts and solutions and advocates for customer-centric designs
• Knows how to take direction and run but can also help lead when necessary
• Knows how to read (and sometimes contribute to) a project brief. Ensures visual design adheres to the project requirements, objectives, and timelines
• Provides exceptional user interface design skills with attention to detail
• Executes on digital experience design projects - from concept through to production
• Experience with the standard/popular design tools

Requirements:

• 3-5 years creating wireframes, interactive prototypes as well as visual design composition for desktop, web and mobile
• 3-5 years' experience with UX/UI design
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience using analytics to improve design
• Exceptional design skills with attention to detail
• Works well in a team environment and can provide and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of common software project management practices and development cycles
• General knowledge of HTML & CSS and UI framework
