WKND Digital, the fastest growing Direct-To-Consumer Digital Marketing Agency in the USA, is looking for a Casting Associate We are a team of nearly 100 people worldwide, with 5 offices worldwide, and plan for further expansion in 2022!
- 2 offices, including our main headquarters, in Sacramento, California
- 1 office in Nashville, Tennessee
- 1 international office in Romania
- 1 office in SOHO New York - our newest location!

KPIs you will be accountable for:
- Booking talent for shoots in 2 days or less
- Growing our local talent database by at least 20 people per month
- Delivering UGC (User Generated Content) before deadlines
Initiatives you will tackle in the first 90 days:
- Improve workflow for UGC creation
- Grow a database of local talent for shoots
- Grow database of talent for UGC (User Generated Content)
Key Responsibilities you will be accountable for:
- Study scripts to understand roles
- Collaborate with the producers and shooters to determine a role's requirements (physical characteristics, experience, etc.)
- Prepare casting budget with the help of the finance team
- Review resumes and contact suitable talent
- Organize auditions and readings
- Interview talent and determine their suitability for the part
- Determine talent fees
- Negotiate contracts to achieve mutual satisfaction
