You will have the chance to locate and acquire successful talent in a variety of field, operational, administrative, and managerial positions. Do you enjoy helping people develop their potential and discover their passion? Your skills will be valuable in matching team members with a myriad of positions. Creating job postings, screening, evaluating, advising management on recruiting strategies, all will be within your domain and responsibility. This will include: Creating job postings and leads for potential candidates, collaborating via online databases, social media venues, job boards, and employee referral programs. This is not an HR Generalist position, it is purely to be a part of recruitment department and find top talent. Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events, continually assessing and researching creative marketing and advertising campaigns to stay current and industry specific, while maximizing value of the recruiting budget, networking with recruiting agencies and other trusted community partners, negotiating wage and other terms of employment We're looking for individuals that want to grow with us.

Bachelor's degree or proven record of recruiting performance, preferably 1 year in recruiting.
Office Suite skills in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook are desirable.
Fantastic communication skills are a given.
