Job Description
The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manager with the day to day operations of the property including handling all current resident processes and concerns, administrative work, and verifications. In addition, the Resident Services Coordinator will handle renewals, resident retention programs, lease changes, and property inspections. This position will also assist with leasing activities and duties as needed and will oversee and assist the front desk Receptionist with answering phones, and maintaining various log books.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience
Working knowledge of leasing and management policies
Sales and/or Customer Service experience required
Property Management software experience a plus
Ability to set priorities, handles multiple tasks, and meets deadlines
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
