We have a Customer Service opportunity for our Corporate Office in sunny San Diego. The successful candidate will speak with current residents either by phone or email in addition to interacting with fellow staff members and managers daily. If you have a proven track record as an administrative assistant, possess the ability to work well with all levels of personnel, have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving, quality assurance, and customer service, then this could be a great fit for you. Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times
Minimum 2 years in customer service
Apartment community experience—1 to 2 years helpful
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work one day of the weekend
A "no task too small" mentality
Enjoy comparing in-take statements to final statements and resolve any discrepancies between tenant and corporate office for deposit refunds
Ability to pass a comprehensive background/credit check and drug screen
High School Diploma or GED
