    We have a Customer Service opportunity for our corporate office in San Diego. The successful candidate will speak with current or prospective residents either by phone or email and interact with fellow staff members and managers daily. The position also requires processing rental applications and or lease renewals and service requests. In addition, the incumbent will meet and greet incoming visitors and direct incoming phone calls with friendliness and professionalism. Daily responsibilities would include:

    Have a positive attitude with staff, customers, volunteers, interns, and vendors

    Provide friendly and professional “customer service” at all times

    Work cooperatively with all staff toward fulfillment of the station’s mission, goals and objectives

    Consistently and accurately complete assigned duties in a timely fashion

    Record and complete accurate messages for staff, when necessary

    Maintain/update all forms and manuals used by the receptionist/staff at front desk

    Complete all computer related duties as assigned.

    Inform the office manager and or controller of concerns

    Be alert to ways to improve various functions of the front office area

    Maintain front office in clean and orderly manner

    Handle all communications in a professional and courteous manner

    Protect confidential information

    Be punctual for your shift

    Other duties as required.

    If you have a proven track record as an administrative assistant, possess the ability to work well with all levels of personnel, an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving, quality assurance, and customer service this could be a great fit for you. Position Details:

    Must be able to work at least one weekend day

    Must Haves

    Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times

    Minimum 2 years in customer service

    Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to work one day of the weekend

    A "no task too small" mentality

    Ability to pass a comprehensive background/credit check and drug screen

    High School Diploma or GED
