Job Description
Plumbing diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing slab leaks, hot water heater replacements, repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets. General maintenance repairs, diagnosing, and preventative maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience in plumbing
Lift up to 50 pounds
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Able to plan, organize, and follow through on work
Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times
Self-starter who demonstrates professionalism and can work independently
Valid driver's license
Comprehensive understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings/ apartment communities.
Heating and ventilation systems, residential appliances
Working knowledge of manuals and safe use of tools, including power operated.
Ability to troubleshoot, and identify future complications.
Ability to read and write in English, fill out work orders, and summarize work.
Able to use a smart phone and some computer skills.
Scope of Work:
Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
