REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with the following systems:
Exchange 2010 through 2016
Active Directory and Group Policies
Microsoft Office 2007 through 2019
Microsoft Server 2008 R2 through Server 2019
Windows 10 Pro, Android, and IOS
RAID configurations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide telephone, computer, printer, fax support for multiple locations
Setup/Configure/Troubleshoot PCs and laptops
Configure/Troubleshoot Routers and Access Points
Security Administration
Order and coordinate new Internet and phone service.
Order and track equipment
Assist in rolling out new software and policies
Assist in installing/configuring security DVRs
Assist in laying cat3/5/6, coax cabling
Manage users using group policies in an Active Domain environment
Manage Email
Mobile phone & tablet management
All other duties as directed by the supervisor
BASIC NETWORKING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IPv4, IPv6, VLans, DHCP, DNS, VPN, SNMP, PoE, Firewalls, and QoS
Computer, telephone, printer, and network hardware.
Best practices for laying CAT 5e/6 cable and punching down racks and jacks.
CERTIFICATIONS RQUIRED
Certification in Network+ and CompTIA A+
HELPFUL BUT NOT NECESSARY:
Experience with MAS90/Sage 100, One Site, Entrata, the Autodesk Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
POTS and VOIP
Web Development, SQL, and programming languages
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Administrator is required to walk and or sit all day long
The employee is occasionally required to stand for prolonged periods of time
Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
Regularly required to reach with hands and arms
Regularly required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Must be able to hear and speak clearly enough to participate in highly interactive, fast paced conversations
Must be able to work in an open office environment with moderate noise levels and frequent interruptions
Must be able to work in a smoke-free workplace
Must be able to work during normal business hours and occasional overtime to meet deadlines
Administrator is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Organized, professional, articulate, patient, able to work under high stress, thick skin, self-motivated, eager to learn, punctual, good follow-up, and dependable.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel to satellite work locations as needed. May require occasional travel out of state.
Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes stressful environment.
