  • Responsibilities

    We have a Customer Service opportunity for our Corporate Office in sunny San Diego! The successful candidate will speak with current residents either by phone or email, process service requests on OneSite, process rental applications, type new leases and renewals, update ads, assist our residents with concerns, comments and or suggestions. The position requires daily interaction with fellow staff members, managers, and assisting with an array of tasks pertaining to our local and out of state residents.If you have a proven track record as an administrative assistant, possess the ability to work well with all levels of personnel, have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving, quality assurance, customer service, and thrive in a fast pace environment, then this could be a great fit for you. Position Details:

    Must be able to work weekends (two consecutive days off during the week)

    Typical hours are 9 am to 6 pm

    Must Haves:

    Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times

    Minimum 2 years in customer service

    Apartment community experience—1 to 2 years helpful and a big plus!

    Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to work one day of the weekend

    A "no task too small" mentality

    Enjoy comparing in-take statements to final statements and resolve any discrepancies between tenant and corporate office for deposit refunds

    Ability to pass a comprehensive background/credit check and drug screen

    High School Diploma or GED

    Hourly Pay/Competitive, Depending on Experience.
