    We are seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our team! This position will be located in our corporate office in San Diego. The successful candidate will assist current tenants either by phone or email in addition to interacting with fellow team members and managers daily. The ideal candidate is friendly, adaptive, positive, cool under pressure and is eager to take on new challenges.Responsibilities:

    Handle resident inquiries and concerns

    Provide lease information about our communities

    Input resident service requests

    Update resident records based on interactions

    Process rental applications

    Process lease renewal requests and inquiries

    Assist with resident related tasks/projects

    Office administration tasks/projects

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous experience in property management industry, customer service, administrative support

    Ability to build rapport with clients

    Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Polished and professional demeanor

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Enjoys high pace environment

    Upon employment offer, ability to pass background/drug screen

    Computer Savvy, Microsoft Word, Excel, OneSite

    Position Details:

    · Hourly Rate – Highly competitive - DOE

    · Typical Schedule - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - depending on business needs at time of hire
